House Special Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase or paid membership will not increase your chances of winning.

The House Special Summer Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by CH Car Wash, LLC d/b/a Carriage House Car Wash. ("Sponsor"), 200 W. 4th Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Promotion Period

• The Sweepstakes begins on July 27, 2026, and ends on September 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET ("Promotion Period").

• All automatic-entry eligibility requirements must be satisfied by September 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET

• Mail-in entries must be received by September 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET.

Eligibility

• The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

• Participants must be able to redeem and use the prize at a participating Carriage House Car Wash location.

• Employees of Carriage House Car Wash, Tire Discounters, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members or household members of such employees are not eligible to participate.

• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

• Multiple memberships, vehicles, purchases, upgrades, or entry methods will not result in more than one entry for the same person.

Entry Methods

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes using one of the following methods:

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. Multiple memberships, vehicles, purchases, upgrades, or entry methods will not result in more than one entry. If the same person enters more than once, only one eligible entry will be retained.

Automatic Entry

• Current House Special Unlimited members who are active as of September 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

• Current Welcome Wash, Step Up, and Grand Entrance members may receive one (1) automatic entry by upgrading to the House Special Unlimited plan by, and remaining an active House Special Unlimited member as of, September 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET.

• New customers may receive one (1) automatic entry by joining the House Special Unlimited plan by and remaining an active House Special unlimited member as of, September 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET.

• Limited to one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method.

• Automatic entries will be assigned to the participating location associated with the entrant’s House Special Unlimited membership account as of September 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET.

Alternate Method of Entry, No Purchase Necessary

To enter without making a purchase, joining, or upgrading, handwrite your first name, last name, mailing address, email address, cell phone number, and preferred participating Carriage House Car Wash location on a sheet of paper or postcard and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

• The preferred location identified on a valid mail-in entry will determine the entrant’s location pool for the Secondary Prize drawing.

• Mail-in entries must be received by September 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET to be eligible.

• Valid mail-in entries will be treated the same as automatic entries assigned to the same participating location. Each valid entry will be included in the Grand Prize drawing and the applicable location-specific Secondary Prize drawing. A purchase or paid membership will not provide an entrant with additional entries or otherwise increase that entrant’s chances of winning.

• Kings Mills: 5251 Kings Mills Road, Mason, OH 45040

• Mariemont: 7489 Wooster Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45227

• Sharonville: 11740 Lebanon Road, Sharonville, OH 45241 

Prizes

• A total of five (5) prizes will be awarded.

• One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive twelve (12) months of prepaid House Special Unlimited washes, Approximate Retail Value: $468.

• Four (4) Secondary Prize winners will receive six (6) months of prepaid House Special Unlimited washes, Approximate Retail Value: $234 each.

• The total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all prizes combined is $1,404.

• Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value unless otherwise required by law, and must be accepted as awarded.

Winner Selection

• Winner selection will take place on or about September 8, 2026.

• One (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries across all participating locations.

• After the Grand Prize winner is selected, that winner will be removed from the eligible entry pool. Four (4) Secondary Prize winners will then be randomly selected, one (1) from each participating location. A person may win only one prize.

• Five (5) Alternate winners will also be randomly selected immediately following the drawing, consisting of one (1) Grand Prize Alternate and four (4) Secondary Prize Alternates. One (1) Secondary Prize Alternate will be selected for each participating location.

• Alternates will be contacted only if the corresponding selected winner is determined to be ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within the required timeframe, or declines the prize.

• The Grand Prize winner’s location will remain eligible for its location-specific Secondary Prize drawing after the Grand Prize winner is removed.

• Once selected as a winner or alternate for a specific prize, that entrant will be removed from all remaining winner and alternate drawings.

Winner Notification and Prize Claim

• Potential winners will be contacted using the phone number associated with their entry.

• Potential winners must respond and complete the prize claim process within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt.

• Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

• Winners may be required to verify their identity and eligibility and execute any required affidavits, liability releases, publicity releases, tax forms, or other documents as permitted by law before receiving their prize.

Prize Activation

• Following eligibility verification and completion of the prize claim process, the prize will be applied to the winner’s existing House Special Unlimited account or, for a winner who does not have an account, to a new prepaid House Special Unlimited account established at no cost to the winner.

• The prize will be renewed monthly at no cost to the winner until the applicable prize duration has been fulfilled (twelve (12) months for the Grand Prize or six (6) months for a Secondary Prize).

• If the winner is an active monthly House Special Unlimited member, the prize will begin immediately after the winner's current billing cycle ends.

• If the winner has an active prepaid House Special Unlimited membership, the prize will begin immediately after the current prepaid membership term expires.

• Sponsor will provide any additional prize activation or redemption instructions directly to the winner, if applicable. 

Taxes

• All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Publicity

• Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, hometown, voice, photograph, and prize information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.  

General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

• Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

Privacy

• Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Tire Discounters Privacy Policy.
